This Privacy Policy explains what information Bui Tien Hiep, trading as "Origin of the Guardians" ("we", "us"), the operator and data controller of the Service, collects when you play Origin of the Guardians or visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account data: player ID, nickname, and — if you link a third-party login — the account identifier that provider shares with us. We do not receive your third-party password.
Gameplay data: progress, match results, inventory, purchases history and in-game chat.
Device and technical data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, language and crash/diagnostic logs.
Purchase data: order number, product, price, date and status. Card and bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure checkout and are never received or stored by us.
Support data: the content of emails you send us.

2. How we use it

to run the Game, save your progress and deliver purchased items;
to provide customer support and handle refunds;
to keep the Game fair and secure (anti-cheat, fraud prevention);
to fix bugs and improve performance and balance;
to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — hosting and content delivery (for example Cloudflare), payment processing (our merchant-of-record payment partner) and login providers you choose to use — and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.

4. Retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example transaction records for tax purposes).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account, email [email protected] with your player ID. We respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and secure hosting to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you as required by law.

8. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
