Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the game Origin of the Guardians, this website and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Bui Tien Hiep, trading as "Origin of the Guardians" ("we", "us"). By creating an account, playing the Game or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service and make purchases only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Territorial restriction — not available in Vietnam

The Game and all related services, including purchases, are operated from server infrastructure located outside Vietnam and are not licensed, offered, marketed, distributed or operated in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. We do not target users located in Vietnam and do not authorize access to or use of the Service from Vietnam.

• Any registration, gameplay, purchase or redemption made from within Vietnam is unauthorized and unsupported, and is done entirely at the user's own initiative and risk.
• We provide no payment support, customer service or dispute handling for access or purchases originating from Vietnam, and we may block such access or close accounts used from Vietnam at any time.
• We do not appoint any reseller, agent, distributor or influencer to sell Diamonds, items or accounts in Vietnam.

We may add other countries to this restriction where required by local law. The list of restricted territories is always the one shown in these Terms.

3. Language availability

The Game is published in English. Any additional language, including Vietnamese, is provided only for convenience of speakers of that language who live in territories where the Game is available. Language support does not mean that the Game is offered in, targeted at, or distributed in any country where that language is spoken.

4. Your account

• You may play as a guest or link a third-party login. Guest progress is tied to your device; if you uninstall the Game or change devices without linking an account, guest progress may be lost and cannot be restored.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Selling, trading, renting or sharing accounts is not allowed.

5. Virtual currency and items

• The Game offers virtual currency ("Diamonds") and virtual items that can be earned in play or bought with real money.
• When you buy Diamonds or items you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them inside the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property.
• Purchased Digital Items are delivered to your account immediately after payment is confirmed. Prices are shown before checkout, including any applicable taxes.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
• Payments made on our website are processed by our authorised payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and may appear on your statement.

6. Fair play

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, hacks, modified clients, or any software that interferes with the Game;
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them to us;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
• buy or sell Diamonds, items or accounts outside the official store;
• use a VPN, proxy or false location information to get around territorial, age or payment restrictions;
• reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the Game or its content.

We may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. Accounts banned for cheating or fraud lose access to their virtual items without refund.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Game, its characters, art, music, code and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

8. Changes and availability

The Game is in development and is offered "as is". We may update, change, or remove features, balance heroes and items, and run maintenance. If we permanently shut down the Game, we will give at least 30 days' notice in game or on this website.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will also notify you in game. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where the Service is hosted, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Singapore, unless the consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim there.
